At DealboxLLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In the original packaging.
    • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items (e.g., opened cosmetics, skincare products)
  • Customized or personalized items

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@dealboxllc.com with your order number and details.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Email us at support@dealboxllc.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide instructions and a return address.
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided.
