About DealBox

We buy better than you can buy alone.

DealBox LLC was built on a single observation: the gap between what a company pays and what the market will actually give it is almost never a price problem. It is a process problem.

The premise

Procurement is a discipline. Most organisations treat it as an errand.

In a Fortune 500 company, a purchase of consequence triggers a defined sequence: a specification is written, a market is mapped, suppliers are qualified, a competitive bid is issued, responses are normalised and scored, terms are negotiated against live alternatives, a contract is executed, and performance is measured. The sequence exists because it reliably produces a better outcome than any individual buyer's judgment.

In most other organisations, the same purchase triggers a phone call to whoever supplied it last time. Not through negligence, but because building that sequence requires people, time, and category knowledge that a growing company cannot justify carrying.

DealBox exists to make that discipline available without that overhead. We are the procurement function you would build if you had the headcount to build it — specified, competitive, contracted, and measured, on every category, every time.

Our mission

To give every organisation we serve the purchasing leverage, market access, and process discipline of a global corporation — regardless of its size, sector, or geography — and to be measurably accountable for the cost, quality, and continuity outcomes that result.

Our vision

To build the procurement infrastructure that mid-market and multi-site enterprise operators rely on across industries — a single, supplier-agnostic partner through which any requirement, in any category, in any market, can be specified, sourced, negotiated, contracted, and delivered.

What we hold ourselves to

Each of these constrains what we will and will not do on an engagement.

Independence

We hold no captive inventory and accept no supplier arrangement that compromises our ability to recommend against that supplier. Our leverage is only credible if it is real.

Specification discipline

We do not source against a vague description. Every requirement is written to a standard before it enters the market, because an unclear specification is a price increase waiting to happen.

Competitive tension

No award without alternatives. A negotiation without a credible second option is not a negotiation — it is a request.

Documentation

Everything we do produces a record. Bid tabulations, award rationale, executed terms, inspection results, and performance scores are yours, not ours.

Total cost truth

We evaluate landed, all-in cost including freight, duty, tooling, defect rate, payment terms, and continuity risk. Unit price is an input, not an answer.

Accountability

We do not hand off responsibility at the port. The engagement is complete when the goods are accepted and the supplier is scored.

Global procurement philosophy

Global suppliers. Local execution.

Global sourcing is frequently sold as a price arbitrage. It is not. It is a risk trade — you exchange a known cost for a lower cost carried with longer lead times, greater specification risk, currency exposure, customs complexity, and reduced recourse. Executed without discipline, offshore sourcing destroys more value than it creates.

Our philosophy is deliberate on this point. We source internationally when the category rewards it — engineered volume, tooling amortisation, and stable specifications — and we source domestically when responsiveness, short lead time, service intensity, regulatory exposure, or low volume makes proximity the cheaper answer in total cost. Many of our category strategies are deliberately hybrid.

The constant is the contracting structure. You contract with a United States entity, under US commercial terms, with a domestic counterparty accountable for performance — while the supply base behind that contract is selected from wherever it is genuinely best.
