Qualified demand. Clear specifications. Terms that are honoured.
DealBox brings its suppliers defined requirements, serious buyers, and a US contracting counterparty. We ask for capability, compliance, and consistency in return.
What the network offers a supplier
We are selective on entry because that is what makes the demand worth responding to.
Specified requirements
You quote against a written specification with defined volumes, tolerances, and delivery windows — not a vague inquiry that wastes your estimating capacity.
Serious buyers only
Requirements reaching you have been qualified by us first. We do not broadcast speculative inquiries across the network.
US contracting counterparty
You transact with a United States entity under defined commercial terms, with clear payment conditions agreed before award.
Multi-category exposure
Registered capabilities are matched across eight industry verticals, including categories adjacent to your primary market.
Repeat and programme volume
Our model favours recurring category programmes and multi-site rollouts over one-time transactions.
Direct feedback
Unsuccessful bidders receive a reason. If you lost on lead time rather than price, you will know.
What we verify before you enter the network
Requirements scale with category risk — a regulated healthcare or food-contact category carries a materially higher bar than a general industrial consumable.
Legal standing
Verified business registration, ownership, operating history, and jurisdiction of incorporation.
Financial stability
Evidence of capacity to fund production and honour warranty and remedy obligations.
Production capability
Demonstrated capability in the registered categories, with capacity data and equipment or facility detail.
Quality systems
Documented quality management process; ISO 9001 or category-equivalent certification where the market expects it.
Category certification
Food safety, medical device, electrical safety, building code, environmental, or other certification as the category requires.
Compliance and ethics
Labour practice, sanctions, and trade compliance screening. Confirmed non-compliance is disqualifying.
References
Verifiable commercial references for comparable scope and volume.
Audit
On-site or third-party facility audit for categories where product risk, volume, or regulatory exposure warrants it.
Supplier registration
Submissions are reviewed by our supplier qualification desk and you will receive an acknowledgment with next steps. Provide certification documentation where available — it materially accelerates review.
Where we source
Domestic manufacturing, distribution, service contracting, and fabrication. Preferred where lead time, service intensity, regulatory exposure, or low volume favours proximity.
Engineered equipment, precision components, specialty chemicals and coatings, and regulated-category manufacturing where certification standards are the differentiator.
Volume manufacturing, tooled and custom production, packaging, textiles, consumer hardware, and electronics assembly.
Industrial and construction materials, chemicals and polymers, logistics and re-export infrastructure, and regional distribution capacity.
